Last Hike

Walking this park pathway for what seemed to be years, with the blue skys hovering above and the sun flickering its light through the trees. What started out to be a casual, innocent stroll through the park, took a giant leap into the strange and surreal unknowns  hidden to the regular eye.

I could just hardly see it infront of me,but thankfully, there it was, a bench, About time! All this forrest hiking had my feet craving for a break.Reaching into my pocket ,pulling out a pack of smokes.I came prepared.Buying four packs of good old #7's for the long journey.I slid one between my lips ,pressed down on the flint of my lighter and sparked it up.The wonders a good smoke can do for a stressed out soul.Leaned down onto the bench, and relaxed there, noticing the day sky to turning dark.

Deciding that i didnt want to set the tent up at night,i started to walk once again, in seach of the first flat open area.Luckly about five minutes of walking later. I found the perfect place. The tent i'dd packed was very small only enough for myself, so it didnt take much effort to assemble after another 5 minutes or so i was all tucked in comfy and ready for night fall. That thought of breakfast over a crackling hot fire in the morning, put me to sleep.Though the comfort and happiness would be short lived.
