Chapter Six - A Chat With McGonagall

"Ms. Isis, we've set the date for your C.O.W, Capabilities of Witches, test tommorow at eight o'clock in the morning. I will be looking forward to seeing what you are capable of in magic, Isis. Please head to the History Of Magic classroom and be there by a quarter to eight."

Isis gulped and nodded when she saw the stern look on the face of the headmistress of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

"A quarter to eight, History Of Magic classroom, C.O.W test. Got it," she muttered, more to herself then to the Professor as she followed her to the Slytherin Common Room.

"I'm sure you will do well as I've got the information that you've been catching up on your wand work and everything else so need to worry."

Isis remained silent throughout the whole walk and finally, they stopped in front of what Isis assumed was a snake.

"Basilisks," she heard the Proffessor mutter and then the snake opened up to reveal a greenly lit room.

"Good luck Isis."

And with that, the Proffessor left. Isis stepped in to the common room, looking around. In front of her were a few black sofas where a few students were sitting and talking. Around her were also a few sinks carved in with the stone wall, which above some was the symbol of the snake.

"I was starting to think McGonagall had sent you back home." Albus Severus approached her from the sofas, grinning.

"Haha, no...that's not going to happen any time soon I think," Isis said with a small smile.

"Well I'm glad. So what did she say?" Albus asked, leading her to a small sofa that was closer to the fire that was burning nearby.

"She just told me about the test...she called it "COW" or in otherwords "Capabilities of Witches" tests or something like that. It's going to happen tommorow at eight o'clock in the morning..."

"Feeling a bit nervous are you?"

"A bit."

Albus and Isis spoke for a few minutes; talking about the proffessors and the subjects which Albus thought were pretty cool. Soon the common room started clearing out as people started heading to their dormitories. Before long, a yawn escaped Isis' mouth too. Seeing this, Albus got up and bade goodbye.

"You need your rest Isis. See you tommorow morning, and good luck!"

"Thanks, I'll need it."
