"I hate this!" Ania shrieked and spun around. In a fit she slammed her hands around the sink. Pho stared at her, his face hardening into a mask of apathy. His feet locked to the floor and his arms crossed. Oddly an old movie scene flashed into his mind, its song humming softly across his thoughts.
"No thoughts within our heads but thoughts of joy, no dreams within our heart but dreams of love!" The image of a tall young girl singing her soul into those words. Behind her a tall striking man stepped out and joined in.
"Past the point of no return, no going back now. Our passion-play has now, at last, begun. Past all thought of right or wrong, one final question, how long should we two wait, before we're one . . .?"
Phantom of the Opera, Pho nodded at the memory. It was almost a bittersweet that scene. How perfectly it fit them. The beauty and the beast, lovers trapped by their emotions in a dangerous game. He watched Ania trembling at the sink, no, she'd never love him again. No matter how much either of them wanted to go back or change the past. It was as the song had said, past the point of no return.
"Ania," his voice held the slightest hints of love, but another emotion masked it. A dark emotion one that made Ania shiver and cast a fearful glance over her shoulder.
"Yea...Pho," she said pushing herself against the sink as if to escape his presence. Pho took a step, smirking at each flinch that ran through her body. As he neared her, his internal need for her affection instead fed on her fear, confusion, and disgust.
"If you hate me so much," He says right in front of her "And are so disgusted with me than why did you ever love me in the first place. How does the degree of my love change who I am or who you are?" Ania looked away as Pho smirked, suddenly wrapping her arms around her tightly and leering in her face, a deadly glint in his eyes. "Well Ania, If I'm such a monster, I guess I'm going to have to show you!" Hugging her tightly , Pho pressed his lips to hers. Her would enjoy his one moment that he had been denied. She would love him, even if she hated every moment of it.
"PHO!" A voice shouted, causing him to release Ania in shock.
"Damien?!" He growled.
