1. Get out in nature as often as you can
2. Put some music on, and dance in your underwear.
3. Sing your heart out. (Hairbrushes make great microphones)
4. Get 10 minutes of sunshine a day (a challenge, here in the UK!)
5. Talk to someone at the bus stop
6. That thing you always wanted to do…. Do it now!
7. Play on the swings.
8. Watch a thunderstorm.
9. Lie outside on the grass and look at the stars.10. Smile!
