"I say, are you alright?" asked Janet.
"Yeah, I'm ok." replied Max, apart from the fact I've just gone insane.
"Jolly good, now would you care for a biscuit? I don't know if there are many left but I'm sure you could have one."
Max nodded mutely and accepted the biscuit he was offered. He munched it for a few moments, his mind working furiously. What if I'm not mad? What if all this is real? No, it can't be, there's no way this is real. I've gone loopy, that much is definate. Having finished the biscuit, Max stared at his feet. He didn't know what to do now, and was in too much shock to care. But I have to do something, he thought, I can't just sit here. Well then, let's weigh up the options...
