She went in...

She was greeted by a man dressed as a woman, who was giving a talk all about wheelie bins in the Borough of Spelthorne in Surrey, which is some place in England. He / she was illustrating her talk using chalk and a green board. A group of adults dressed in school uniforms were listening to her. Every time one of them got something wrong she'd throw a board-cleaner at them.
