Stella lay in bed, her body aching after the physio had made her try to walk. It was a waste of time, she would never walk again. They just wouldn't listen to her, they kept on saying that she would walk again. Even if she did walk again, she'd never get back to normal. Cheer leading was out of the question and her boyfriend was dead. She closed her eyes, willing her body to just give up on her. It didn't and she fell into a dreaming sleep.

Walking. She was walking. She didn't care where she was walking, because she was walking. Then she saw him. Tristan. She ran toward him, he hugged tightly her in his arms, she breathed in his soft scent. She didn't know she was crying until he wiped her tears away softly with one of his large thumbs.

"Hey. Don't cry." He said, his voice was still that soft rough sound that made Stella feel warm inside.

"I've missed you." She replied, he took hold her her hands, they melted into his.

"I've missed you too babe." He replied softly to her and kissed her lightly.

"Why did you have to go?" She asked softly to him, he sighed.

"Don't give up on life Stella. By giving up on life your giving up on me. You have to live for life for both of us. You have all my strength. Tomorrow. You'll walk. You won't give up. Tomorrow will be different." He replied.

"How is it? Every days the same without you." She protested at him but it was all starting to fade.

Stella woke up, Tristan's scent still lingered around her and she breathed it in as it too faded away.
