He smelled of Eternity by Calvin Klein and cigarettes.
A scent I've grown so fond of; I would bury my head onto his chest,
inhaling deeply into my lungs.
I'd hold him close, feeling his warmth engulf me,
my mind swimming of images that burn my cheeks with every thought.
His eyes pierce mine, as we stand still; the colour of the midnight sky, with a hint of silver like that of the moonlight silhouetting the clouds as they pass by.
