An Empty Void

I glared at the window,

An empty void.

I had lost consciousness,

Yet I was awake.

I see her.

No.

No no no.

Softly, she lifts a single finger,

And touches the window from the inside.

Before she fades,

I cry,

"Why? Why me?"

Quickly,

Almost 

As if

It hadn't 

Happened,

A tear falls

From my eyes.

"Never.

Come.

Back."

She recoils,

Then disappears.
