take a few minutes and listen to me,

constructive criticism is good you'll agree, 

but when people rate on that they don't see, 

well thats just pathetic I'm sure you'll agree,

people should read before they rate, 

people should encourage they should not hate, 

everyones work is open to debate, 

but people should take time to evaluate,

your punctuation is bad and your grammar worse,

you're suffering from new writers curse, 

people hand out ratings like pennies from their purse, 

when all you need is a literacy nurse,                            

so if you took a few minutes and listened to me,

constructive criticism is good you would agree, 

and when people rate on what they don't see, 

well thats just pathetic you would agree,
