At Tony's Housemature
The car pulled up outside a block of flats. Roxanne uncurled, attempting to open the door and run, but the door was still locked. Tony unlocked it, and Roxanne saw her chance. She slid out, and began to run down the pavement.
It had been a bad idea to wear high heels.
She fell over after a few metres, tumbling into Tony's arms. "You don't escape that easily, Xanne," he hissed into her ear, before roughly kissing her.
She knew she should fight back, but she couldn't be bothered.
He picked her up. Roxanne lay there, petrified, as he carried her to a door, stroking her hair.
He scared her a lot. But some people just had that effect.
Tony dropped her to the floor and she winced. Her head had smacked against the wall, and it ached. After kicking the door open, he pulled her up and led her in, gripping her hand so hard it felt numb. He put her down gently into a chair, then left the room.
Roxanne contemplated escaping. Was there any point? Things like this had happened a few times before, and nothing too bad had occurred.
Tony re-entered, pushed a table in front of her, put another chair there, then left again.
Roxanne waited, and he returned with a pizza and a bottle of wine. After sitting down, he started to speak.
"I'm sorry, Roxanne, for the unusual method of bringing you here. The door is locked, by the way. I couldn't stand seeing you with that Jack boy. After all, you're not his. You're mine." He licked his lips. Roxanne shivered.
"But you're going to have to give me a chance, you know. I'm your destiny. We're going to be together, eventually, whether you like it or not. You can start the pizza, by the way. I don't want my angel going hungry." She stared at him resentfully. He sighed and placed a slice of pizza onto a plate that she hadn't noticed before. "No excuse now, Xanne. I promise, it's nice. I made it myself." She took a bite, and found it was actually quite nice. Tony smiled as she continued to eat.
After they had finished, Tony reached over the table and stroked Roxanne's cheek. "Please-," she said, breaking her silence, but before she could finish her sentence Tony stopped her mouth with a rough kiss. She attempted to push him away, before kissing him back.
They stood up, continuing the kiss, Tony holding Roxanne close to him. She imagined Jack's face replacing Tony's.
Roxanne had hardly spoken a word all evening.
She and Tony staggered over to a sofa, collapsing on it, Tony kneeling over her.
Dammit, had he spiked the drink?
Roxanne stopped caring, and instead focused on the fact that he was trying to rip her clothes off.
