Green Glow

I walked. I didn't get anywhere. But I still walked. Was it day? Was it night?

How many days had passed since I got here?

The weirdest thing was that I never got hungry or thirsty or tired.

I kept on walking.

Every now and then I started crying. I cried because I was scared. In a place where there is no aspect of time, or space, I cried because I was alone. I missed Ficlets. I missed my author friends.

Then I saw a green glow in the distance. It was such a overjoying refreshment from the constant white that I began to run.

It didn't feel like I got any closer.

But I had to, because sooner or later, I was standing right in front of it.

In black lettering, the green glow announced: PROTAGONIZE.

The End
