I stuck my silver earphones into my ears, then promised myself I would ignore anyone who interrupted my music session.

The Show by Lenka was playing, half way through the song, some background noise annoyed me.

~The Sun is hot, in the Sky~

"Hawwwwwaaa....edooooooo....", my little sister waved her hand in front of my face. I smiled at her, wishing she'd go away.

~The people follow the signs.~

She didn't.

"Maaaaaaaa....guhhhh...pallllllllooooooo!"

I raised my eybrows and winked at her. What the hell was she saying?

~They've got a ticket to that show...~

"Sssssssss....raallllll.....ooooooooowwwww...." She was frowning now, but couldn't she see I was listening to music?

~I'm just a little girl, lost in the moment...~

Suddenly, she tugged my earphones off. The music blasted from them in her hands.

"What?!" I asked, irritated.

"Your music is really loud. I can hear it from the other side of the room."

Uh, yeah... I know. That's the point. I grabbed my earphones back and was in time for the ending.

Cherrywrite likes I can't hear you, so ill just laugh and hope it wasn't a question.
