Dave was still uncertain but felt better than before,
Balou was very helpful; they were friends now, Dave was sure.
Dave gave a quick nod and a smile crossed his lips;
He was ready for the plan; for the first time, he was equipped.

"Right this way," said Balou, "the vault's not far from here.
But keep close for these halls are quite a maze, I fear."
Dave hurried after Balou, his mind all in a tizzy.
The path wound up, down, all around; Dave was rather dizzy.

Finally, they made it.  Balou stopped in his tracks.
"Door's just 'round there," he nugded. "Go on! We can't go back!"
Dave crept around the corner, unsure of what he'd see.
He looked up in surprise: there wasn't one door, there were three!

Dave's eyes went wide, his stomach fell.  His ears, they went red.
This wasn't in the plan, he knew.  Only one door, Balou had said!
"Balou?" He whispered in the dark; where had that mouse got to?
Dave stared again at all three doors; whatever would he do?

CHARACTERS:
Dave - Curious young Molemullian
Seamus O'Greary - Greedy Leprechaun who wants Dave's ring
Balou - Small mouselike creature who lives in the Leprechaun city and opposes the upcoming war. He mysteriously disappeared after trying to help Dave steal a ring from the vault.
William - The Leprechaun King, planning a war
Quinn Fearghal - Ex-Leprechaun who used to be the King's best friend, but now wants to help Dave end the war before it starts.

MORE CHARACTERS:
Dave's Father - Deceased. Somehow acquired the 6th ring and passed it on to Dave.
Gurgle - Blob creature who lives in the secret prison-room above the Leprechaun city.
The Green Devil - Informed Dave of the war-to-come, and wanted to help him, but only in exchange for the King's keyring.
The Lady in Yellow - Plays mystifying harp music and honestly wants to help Dave save the Molemullians.

SPECIES:
Molemullians - Small, mole-like creatures who live underground and appreciate peace.
Leprechauns - Creatures who were once human but were driven by greed to find riches and magic, and were thus transformed into a new species.
Badgels - The ugly, vicious creatures with red beady eyes who kidnapped Dave from his Molemullian city. They are feared by Leprechauns and are somehow involved in the upcoming war.

IMPORTANT OBJECTS:
Magic Rings:
1. Allows the wearer to put harmless enchantments on non-magic objects.
2. Creates copies of any non-magic object the wearer holds in his hand.
3. Makes the wearer lucky and charming.
4. Makes the wearer disappear.
5. Grants the wearer immortality, and also negates their ability to reproduce.
6. Rescues the wearer in emergencies. - This one was created and owned by Quinn Fearghal, somehow ended up with Dave's father, and now belongs to Dave.
(Quinn Fearghal is wearing one of the other rings, and the King keeps one in the vault and wears the remaining three.)
The King's Keys:
Currently Dave has the Leprechaun King's precious keyring. It's usually kept very safe, yet somehow Balou stole it from the King, and he left it in the prison room for Dave to find. There are four keys; One goes to the broom closet in the prison room. One goes to the vault where the King keeps one of the magic rings. The other two... what do YOU think?
