Cry openlymature

You, being the sensitive person you are, start crying right then and there. Yes crying, even though you promised yourself you wouldn't today.

As you cry, you drop your tray to the ground.

You drop to your knees and continue to cry

You run out of the room and to the bathroom

You try to make yourself look as pitiful as possible in an attempt to make the jocks pity you and take you in at their table (and buy you a new lunch)
