These posts have gotten gleeful; posted on a whim.
I thought I'd add a few that are rather more grim.

You won't remember all the fun you had,
prior to death, syphilis drives you mad.

And when ebola takes it's toll,
your blood pours out from every hole.

If leprosy takes a hold of you,
your toes may fall off in your shoes.

Your skeleton will twist in the wind,
if flesh-eating bacteria gets under your skin.

Unfortunately, there's no looking back
when bubonic plague starts to turn you black.

In the event that you inhale anthrax,
You'll gasp for air until your lungs collapse.

Wow. Author guidance... cool. Basically, no rules to this, just various and interesting ways to bite the big one.

Possible ideas for chapters might include "suicidal ways to die", Ways to die on a city street", Ways to be killed by animals"...
