Checking the inscription, she attempted to make out words, but strangely enough, could not, as the language was one she had never seen before. The only thing legible and in English were three words: from Dorainne Johannes.

 

She was always referred to by only her middle name, Elise, and few ever heard her nickname Dora, or even knew that her first name was Dorainne. And the handwriting was none other than her own…
