The exterminator was quickly walking down the hallway. Oz could barely catch up. "Hey dude wait up", yelled Oz, but the exterminator ignored him and kept walking.
"Hey, I just have one question! Slow down!"
The exterminator abruptly stopped and turned around. Wrinkles covered his worn face. He looked extremely tired and unhappy.
"What do you want?"
"My roommates been freaking out over this whole bead bug thing. It's not a problem though is it?"
"I don't think that's information I can share with you", said the exterminator.
"Well, I live just down the hallway I think I should be able to know whether or not I'm going to have bed bugs."
The exterminator did not respond to Oz. Instead, he stood there staring at him blankly. Then, he turned around and walked away.
"Uh okay, thanks for nothing.", said Oz.
Meanwhile, down the hallway Marks ear was still nestled up onto the R.A.'s door, waiting to hear what their discussion was about. For the first few minutes all he heard were whispers, but he could finally make out what they were saying.
"Girls, something happened last night that I feel I need to share with you."
Just as Mark thought he would be able to hear what was going on Oz yelled down the hallway.
"MARK! I really don't feel like waiting out here all night while Britney and the rest of the girls are in there. Lets just go to the Nest without her."
"Shut up! I can hear what they're saying!", said Mark. As he put his ear back on the door he heard nothing. No talking, no whispering, just silence. "Thanks a lot Oz now I can't hear anything. I wonder if it had to do with the bed bugs. Or maybe it was about the bites Britney had!"
"Whatever! Who cares about those stupid bed bugs? Lets just go!", said Oz.
