A fanfic drabble I wrote for a fic challenge at doctor_donna on lj. The prompt word was "picture". Also inspired by the line "I'm your biggest fan, I'll follow you until you love me" from the song "Paparazzi" by Lady GaGa. Lyrics copyright Lady GaGa and Doctor Who copyright BBC.
"Come on, just one!"
"NO!" Donna shrieked, shielding her face from the prying lense of the camera. She held pieces of fiery hair in front of her face and ducked and dodged as the Doctor bounced after her, desperately trying to capture an image.
"But...it'll be a good memory!" he whined, grinning despite the tone of his voice. Donna stopped, twirling around to face him. She folded her arms across her chest and frowned.
"That's what your brain is for."
The Doctor sighed. "Pretty please, Donna."
Nah, she thought, he wasn't going to-
"Pleeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" He fell to his knees in front of her, looking up at her with his wide brown eyes, batting his eyelashes madly like a little girl.
He wasn't going to stop, she decided after five minutes of eyelash-batting. She couldn't stop the smile spreading across her face and she laughed quietly.
"Fine, I surrender, you can take a picture! God, you're like my own personal paparazzi or something..."
"Yay!" he clapped, rising to his feet and patting Donna's head. He raised the camera viewfinder to his eye and clicked the shutter.
"Beautiful," he smiled, "let this be the first of many!"
"What? You're not serious are you?"
"Completely serious," he nodded, wiggling the camera at her, "say TARDIS!"
Donna raised her eyebrows and sighed.
