Go away

I laugh as Tia carries Ellipsis into the forest.

"You look like a child!" I say between fits of laughter. Ellipsis crosses her arms and pouts, confirming what I'd said about her being a child. I think of her being a parrot on someone's shoulder and laugh harder, "Polly want a cracker?" I say, but I'm the only one laughing at my joke.

"Go away," she says.

"Fine," I stop and fly up to the sky, trying to hide my smile. I fly with my back to the ground, hands behind my head pretending to ignore Ellipsis. I begin to whistle, adding to my charade. I can hear Ellipsis muttering to herself, but I can't make out what she's saying. I smile and close my eyes, letting the sun warm my skin.

The End
