Dear Mr. Francolini,
Your sister, Chelsea, seems to be physically well. She has gained almost eleven pounds and no longer seems as weak and sickly as she was at the time of your previous visit. However, she has recently gone into one of her bouts of silence, and has been at it for three days at this point. Let me assure you, Mr. Francolini, that it is perfectly normal for someone in her circumstances to go in and out of depression and mental stability, especially for the first few years. However, she wrote a note asking us to send for you, and since it appears that you are nearear by now, it would be best if you could come to her ASAP, if at all possible.
A. Herman, counseler
