Dark Days of a Teenaged Friendship

In my life of clouded rage;

You've come into lift the fog;

To brighten up my darkened days;

Making it all the more colourful.

You make my dreams shine brighter than the sun;

To join you on your astral plain;

Of happy days and smiling faces;

Hoping your friendship never fades away.

For if you were to fade away;

I would have to dare venture;

Into the clouded day of yester-year.

You are my friend,

You are my only hope of happiness.
