What if you lived in a world where the demons were the good guys and the angels were the bad?

Nithya and Senka Crossfire are sisters. They're also demons; forced to live amongst humans.

They've lost nearly everything other than themselves.

Their not evil but their world is a secret for the human's safety. Unfortunately, some humans do get dragged into the ancient war; in which demons were hunted to near extinction. They can only hide now, in hope of never being found.

Demons are used to helping out though and sometimes it is too hard not to. Nithya and Senka are the kindest of all. They hate death and pain. So when the opportunity comes along to save a life what choice did they have?

How could saving one, lone human affect everything?

Nithya.
Age: 180 (Looks 18)
Appearance: Jet black hair that falls to waist. Jade green eyes. 5ft 9". A small, blood red, burning cross tattoo above heart.
Powers: Ten times faster, stronger and better senses than a human, Energy Shields (defensive).
Weapon: Bow and Arrow, the arrows can shimmer/teleport and hit things very far away or things that are hidden. The user can also teleport. The archer can also see five seconds into the future and see the next moves of their target as long as they're within their direct line of sight. (All Demon made weapons are unbreakable unless powerful magic is used to destroy them).

Senka.
Age: 176 (Looks 17)
Appearance: Dark read hair that falls to small of back. Jade green eyes. 5ft 8". A small, dark purple, burning cross tattoo above heart.
Powers: Ten times faster, stronger and better senses than a human, Energy Balls (offensive).
Weapon: Sword - power of the sword is the person weilding the blade can decide whether the sword will kill the person they are attacking or just knock them out. The sword can also become invisible, sometimes making the user invisible too. (All Demon made weapons are unbreakable unless powerful magic is used to destroy them).

The title of this story came from the song 'Crossfire' by Brandon Flowers although it did not actually inspire the story.

This is not an open collab, I'm afraid. This is only for the two of us to add to.

Nithya and Senka Crossfire are sisters who are Demons. They are the hiding from Angels who have hunted their kind to near extinction.
Nithya is the eldest and the defensive one. She thinks things through.
Senka is younger and the offensive one. She is very impulsive.
Both have one thing in common: they feel the urge to protect lives although in different ways.
They've learned to work together and know how to hide. And hiding means suppressing that urge.
Just once, though, they choose not to...
