Mir slumped in the cold cell, the only sound her shallow breath. Her arms were lined with cuts, her face spotted with bruises. The cuffs binding her dug into her wrists. The door creaked open, revealing him. Mir dreaded the moments when he came in, with his creepy knife and unsettling smile. He walked over to her, his knife clenched in his fist. He raised it, and she winced, turning away. That just made him laugh.
"No, none of that today." He dropped the weapon on the floor. "I haven't been able to do everything I wanted... Hart made sure of that. But tomorrow if you still prove so stubborn, that will change." He caressed her cheek.
His face was close to hers, and she could feel his breath. "Think about it, Mir." He ran his fingers down her torso. "I hope that your stubbornness will evaporate... but if it doesn't...."
He picked up his knife, bringing it close to her face.
"Stop! I'll do it. Tell him I'll do it." Mir gasped.
"Excellent." He smiled creepily, then strode out of the cell.
