T'was a dark and stormy day

On the bank of Hudson Bay

Zach Mack the Lumberjack

Was rearing up to attack.

.

The root of the cause was easy to see:

Two Yankees, perched upon a tree.

Oh, how they trembled and feared

as Zach Mack slowly neared,

Revving up his chainsaw

and growling into his beard!

.

What had caused this rage

That nothing can assuage?

What could they have said,

To anger this man in plaid?

.

American #1: "Look, Bob, a lumberjack!"

American #2: "Now an igloo is all we lack!"

.

Oh how they regretted being clowns,

As the tree came crashing down!

Dozer the Grocer

Uh oh. No one's written this branch yet. :o

Author Guidance for this Story

aryst0krat I wouldn't worry too much about the rhyming pattern and syllables, as long as it follows the nonsensical theme.

A death and a moral are optional but encouraged.
