Brady kept looking at my boobs. He would be talking, pause, and look down.

"Would you stop looking down there? You're my cousin, goddamnit!"

Luckily, he came into Anna's room. Aunt Christie wasn't around. He sat right next to me.

"Sorry," he said, innocently.

His sister smirked.

"Anyway," he said, "You sure Uncle Joe made you?"

"Yeah, well, Sandra's pretty hot."

"Yeah, I know. When I was little, I had a crush on..."

His voice faded. And he blushed.

"Ok," I said, awkwardly.

"I'll apologize in advance for him... he's pretty dumb."

I smiled. My phone rang. Thank god.

"Hey, babe," I said, walking into the bathroom.

"Hey, sexy," Jacob said, smiling into the phone, "how's it going?"

"That's it? How's it going?"

"What do you want me to say?"

"I don't know. It's horrible here."

"Horrible?"

"Well... no... but my aunt's a ^&@@$, my cousins are psychos and you never know... my uncle may as well be a pedo."

He laughed.

"It's not funny! Can you come here?"

"I wish I could. I really do."

I groaned.

"Whatchya up to?" I mumbled.

"Nothing much... we're just at the beach doing nothing."

The guys screamed my name.

I laughed.

"That's what I wanted to hear," Jacob said, a smile in his voice.

I smiled.

"Tell you what. We'll do face time tonight. Well, my tonight and your... afternoon?"

"Yeah. Ok. That sounds good."

"Don't be sad, babe. You don't know how it's gonna turn out."

"I know."

"I love you, Hales," he said.

"I love you, too, Jakey," I said.

I hung up, opening the door. Aunt Christie stood there, her arms crossed.

"Excuse me, I need to wash my hands."

She walked pass me, a tiny breeze of &@$@!iness following her.
