Building the American Dream
On the boat, the travelers were asked to toss one shoe into the circle. The captain selected two shoes, and made the owners the leaders. In turn, each leader selected a shoe until only one shoe remained. This shoe belonged to the overlord.
In their teams, they needed to establish a name and guidelines for their group. The overlord could create his or her own rules and could deny or accept the rules of the clans.
It was clear that the teams did not share the same vision, and it was obvious that the Overlord didn't accept either group's rules.
