Broken Little Girlmature

Recommend

"Oi! Ricky" I turn to the sound of Fraya's voice. She skips up to me and slips her arm through mine with ease. She keeps walking pulling me along. I can't stop the smile that spreads across my face at her full on attitude.

"What's up, Fraya?" I ask allowing myself to be pulled along by my gorgeous girlfriend.

"Elliot's whats wrong. He came over to my house and yelled at my father that he 'demanded to see me'. God, he's going crazy" Fraya says with a sigh. I let my hand slide round her back and hold her side.

"Did you call the police?" I ask quietly.

"Of course but he was out of there like a speeding train before they could even turn on their torches" Fraya leans into me and I love her familiar wamth and weight as she rests her head on my shoulder.

"It will get better" I say soothingly kissing the top of her head taking in the scent of her with a strong sniff. She smell of strawberries and I'm glad to know its cause of her Christmas present a few months ago. She looks up at me her eyes sad and full with unfalling tears.

"I hope so cause I'm tired of all this $^!#. I want it to all go away" She says wiping at her eyes furious at even the thought that she almost cried. She's like that. She hates seeming weak even though it wouldn't shock anyone with what she's been through. I let my arm around her waist move up to her shoulder so I can pass my fingers through her hair.

"I'm here, baby" I say knowing that those simple words mean a lot to her. That the thought I don't want to leave her even with the baggage she's carrying.

"I'm glad you are" We stop turning to face each other and she goes up on her tip toes to press her lips to mine and we begin kissing passionately. I pull away before it get's too heated knowing outside school is neither the time nor the place.

"We have to get to class" I breathe my heart racing and blood pounding in my ears as adrenalin races through my veins.

"Hmm" she says and lets her fingers pass through my hair one last time before taking my hand in hers. Our fingers intertwine and she swings our arms between us as we head towards the school gate. "You know I love it when you get all hot like that" Fraya's breath is cool against my earlobe as she whispers and I can't help but shiver.

"Well, now is not the time" I whisper back almost nipping her earlobe as I lean close to it to speak.

"5 o'clock your place?" Fraya questions as I pull back. I chuckle.

"Can't. I have a paper to write" I say pushing back a strand of her hair. "I'm free tommorow though"

"It's a date" she says with a mischievous grin. I smile back and we walk together all the way to the school reception where we have to go our seperate way. I pull her too me for a one more kiss, knowing I won't get another for three hours and only one if I'm lucky. "I'll see you later" she whispers then walks off down the hallway. I watch for a moment before heading up on to the next floor.

I head for my form room and walk in seeing many familiar faces. "Ricky!" a guy calls from the back. "Sit with us, yeah?"

I smile at Will and walk up to the back. I dump my bag and join my usual group of friends. "Thanks for calling me up, Will. I would have so got lost" I joke.

"Sorry, mate, but yesterday you were dragged off by the nerd group" I watch Will shiver and hold the frown off my face. I know he's my friend and all but sometimes I can't help but feel annoyed at how inconsiderate he is of others' feelings. If the person isn't cool then Will thinks he can shout and yell at them whatever.

"They aren't that bad, Will" I say calmly.

"You must be kidding. They're complete nerds" Will says with a laugh. The group join in but I remain silent. "!&#&, Mrs Marks"

We all scramble to arrange ourselves and I look up just in time to watch Mrs Marks, our form tutor, walk in with a middle height, normal looking girl. She follows with her head low and bag on her back by one strap on her left shoulder. It's when she looks up that I feel my eyes widen.

CrystalRose Life in today's soceity is hard. Especially for a 15 year old teenager. We're expected to grow up, study our GCSE's while also taking some, deal with social status and cope with our bodies natural changes. Not really fair when we also have hormones raging.
This is the story of a girl who just can't cope no longer, for reasons no one can comprehend
