Dawn sat in the lounge waiting for the argument to start but Gabriel didn’t come down.

The next morning Gabriel was awake early he opened his window and twisting round he pulled himself up onto the roof walking carefully up to the top he sat down his back resting against the chimney stack he shut his eyes and tried to relax.

“Hi” a voice said Gabriel growled “sorry did you want to be alone?” Morgan asked.

“Preferably” Gabriel answered looking at the girl.

“I was wondering if I could talk to you can I come and see you later.”

“I'm going to earth later” Gabriel said

“Can we come? we’ll leave you alone to feed” Morgan asked. Gabriel raised his eyebrows slightly “Chrys likes to be left alone too”

“Chrys has to feed?” she nodded “alright” Gabriel wasn’t too happy at the idea but his curiosity about the pair was becoming a big problem.

Dawn waited for most of the day for Gabriel to find him but the vampyre never showed. Dawn frowned and walked slowly upstairs to Gabriel's room he knocked gently on the door.

“Come in” Gabriel called and Dawn pushed the door open. “oh, its you” Gabriel frowned.

“You were expecting someone else?” Dawn said.

“Actually I was” Gabriel said as he pulled his boots on.

“Who?” Dawn said Gabriel looked up at him.

“I don’t think that’s any of your business” Gabriel stood pulling his coat on.

“Gabriel about last night” Gabriel's calm demeanour changed in an instant he glared at the daemon.

“Don’t even think about it” the vampyre growled “I don’t want to hear anything you have to say”

“But…”

“No Dawn” Gabriel pulled his gloves out of his pocket and pushed past Dawn out into the hall.
