How did "dusk" get its name?

It began with a 116 year old man writing a story about a duck in the water. However, this man, being 116 years old, temporarily while writing the c for duck, and the pencil reversed itself and turned the c into an s. Then, he wanted to write water, but his memory fogged up and caused him to think of the other really big expanse of blue, the sky. So, he wrote about the dusk in the sky, and everyone agreed that it was a much better name for the time between sunset and night than baloney.
