A young flute, Bansuri, seeks cultural identity after she finds out that she has been adopted. On her quest, she encounters many instrument families. She learns that, though each instrument and family has it's own identity, they also have a great deal in common with one another.
What did I do to deserve this? I'm a good little flute, aren't I? Why didn't anyone tell me who I was?
I knew I was different, but everyone is a little different. I didn't know that I was...adopted! I don't belong here; I'm not like them. I need to find my real family.
