Look around for a weapon of some kind.
You see a Large Stack of CDs in the corner next to the TV. You grab them and give half to bob. You smash one of them in half and use it as a duel weilding knife. You look for the squid-like creature, which was injured, under the couch. Your friend comes back with the broom and he pokes it under the couch. The creature squirms out and looks at you. You get a good look at it.
It has a spiked beak, three close eyes, four boney arms and eight small insect like legs. It lunges at you very quickly as you crouch to avoid its beak. It landed next to the TV. It suddenly skreached as it heard the TV. Noise! You think. You grab the TV remote. . .
