We stared at each other for what seemed like minutes when I finally decided I'd had enough. I got out the car and slammed the door behind me. I ran away in whatever direction I could take, behind me I heard Elijah shout "Lyra! Come back!" I didn't bother to turn around.

After a while I found myself lost, disorientated. The forest felt like it was closing in around me. The leaves swayed in the breeze and I felt eyes watching me, I had a sense of deja vu. My vision. But it can't be coming true. Not here. Not now. A mass of teeth jumped out, lunging out at me. I screamed, when a sandy coloured animal propelled into the mass of teeth. As they were wrestling I managed to get a look at the animals. They were wolves, but too big too be ordinary wolves. The sand coloured one snarled at the darker coloured one till it slunk off. Then it came and stood next to me, looking up at me. Its eyes seemed so familiar. As it walked on a bit, it turned round as if to say follow me. I obliged, not thinking that this day could get any stranger. As we got near the house of the party the wolf ran off. I made my way to Elijah's car. Luckily he was still waiting.

"Ready to go home?" Elijah asked. I nodded wearily. "Let's go" He said finally.
He drove in silence, lost in thought. I didn't mind I was too.  As we approached the house he finally spoke "I need to talk to Flynt." I looked at him.
"You can't be serious" I said
He stared at me, I sighed. "Come in."

The End
