Chapter Four (Cont.)Mature

Jayden placed his hand on my shoulder, “You okay?” “I’m fine… just a tad hungry. How’s everyone else doing?” I asked. “They’re okay, just a little lost with you in here and not with us. Seriously though, what’s the deal with that tall guy?” Jayden responded. “Jayden, it’s nothing. He just helped me get back here. I’ve kinda bonded with him.” I smiled. “Well, it’s good to see that you’re happy, but I don’t trust him one-hundred percent.” Jayden sighed.
“You guys need to warm up to him sooner. I’ve already did that to him and the first hour we were together, I threatened on shooting him several times.” I whispered, “He said I can shoot him whenever he did something I didn’t like.” “Well, that doesn’t help for the rest of us.” Jayden replied. “You guys just need to trust me.” I whined. Jayden stared at me straight in the eye for a split second and finally admit defeat.
“Fine- but if anything goes wrong with him, it’s on your head to kill him.” Jayden threatened. "Fine. But nothing will go wrong." I snapped. Jayden sighed and exited the bridge. I checked the time- six-thirteen. "You guys hungry?" I asked, poking my head out the bridge door. "I'm already cooking. I was just checking to see if you guys liked some ravioli." Goldstein said. "It sounds delicious." I said happily. It'd probably be done within the next ten minutes; I wanted to keep a look out in the bridge.
