A simple coexistence of marble figurines.
A difference of colour, but similarity in position.
The two represent the same thing, Love, Affection,
nay only one of the two may hold the fruits of their persuit.
Whilst he stands holding a beautiful Rose, the latter stands contemptuous, wicked glances of those,
His hatred, nay, jealousy of his superior former, artistically crafted upon marble features, lets interpretation come from passing garden patrons.
And so forever shall they stay, unmoving in a garden of flowers. both idolizing the same Rose.
One will have, as the other has not.
