Old Friends

"Oh, you two know each other?" Bonnie stepped up to the pair. "Ain't it a small world then!"

Flint and Bart shared a sideways glance.

"Yeah missy, it is a small world. But you don't belong in it. We're old friends, and we got history." Flint said. Bonnie put her hands on her hips and raised her chin.

"Don't you be callin' me missy. I'm plenty able to take care of myself!"

Bart elbowed Flint in the ribs and smirked. Flint raised his hands,

"Sorry li'l lady, don't get yer feathers in a twist!"

Satisfied Bonnie nodded, and thrust out her hand.

"Bonnie Blazin! Known for befriending the chair-oh-kee! pleased to meet ya gents!" with that loud introduction, she plopped into a bar seat, without shaking either man's hand.
