I fell through hitting the ground and hearing Calamity fall a few feet away. Seconds later Michael came landing, of course, on my back knocking the wind out of me.
"Sorry! I'm so sorry!" He practically yelled at me.
"It's fine, JUST GET OFF ME!" I gasped, trying to breathe, this guy wasn't exactly light.
"Wait, no, what am I saying? It is most definitly not fine! What are you doing! You're not supposed to be here! You were supposed to stay!" I yelled once I had gotten my breath back.
"I'm not an idiot, I knew you would go and try to find your friend, it's exactly what I would do. And anyway, I'm not missing my chance to time travel! You need help, why not me?" He said a little sheepishly.
"Because I don't need anyone's help! Bianca and I were supposed to travel together, we were supposed to have adventures together and never leave eachother! I'm not supposed to go with YOU!" I glared at him.
He seemed to flinch back, I guess it hurt him.
"Sophia, you need help, and you have to admit that. I'm offering it, I'm here, you're not getting rid of me." He said in a matter of fact manner.
He was right. I did need help. I had no idea what I was going into. I couldn't bring myself to say it. But I had to.
"Fine. You're right. I need help. But don't think that you're taking charge of this, we're finding Bianca." I looked him straight in the eye, bad idea, you can get lost in those.
"Finally, you're making some sense." He said.
I realized that we had been standing here atleast twenty minutes talking and hadn't even paid one bit of attention to where we were.
I looked at our surroundings, and so did Michael.
He let out a low whistle.
"Well, wow." I muttered.
All around us were large mountains, huge boulders, and just rocks everywhere. Dust was billowing and the wind was extremely strong, whipping my long hair into my face.
"Ummm so what's the plan?" Michael asked me.
And then I realized, I had absolutely no idea what we were going to do now.
We were lost.
