Your Eyes

Your eyes.

That posses my self control.

Turn me to the action which my will cannot hold.

I want to rise against you

And revolte upon your passion

But I feel this cannot happen.

You've wrapped your eyes around me

And hold me in their spell.

Oh the tumultous feelings only touch can quell.

Come forth and give me comfort

Stay away and give me peace.

Allow for me to enter mind,

Into your dreams at least.

To tremble at your misgivings

And suckle upon your fears

Silently I shall take, the silver from your tears.

And now I have you in my arms.

Hear you express your love with sighs

While handing over your power

You give to me your eyes.
