Writer's Block (The Myth of the Loss of Passion)
The Moon is setting--
Things to say;
words, letters, fingertips:
my utensils--
weapons.
Seconds spent away,
trapped
in mid-sentence woe
of a voiceless writer.
The stars will hide behind the clouds--
better find your conscience soon.
Words, letters, fingertips:
my escape--
realization.
The sun is sprouting,
avoid the light--
words, letters, fingertips:
writers blind;
no inspiration.
Thoughts
gone.
Hurry!
The Sun is sprouting--
vines keeping us down:
words, letters, fingertips;
the day
has gone.
