Wisconsin

You'll be okay anyway.

I was dead,

It was the middle of winter

When you said

"You're fresh but I'm so crisp,

And my doctor said I could do better,

I'm prime

And you're flawed."

I asked what he prescribed,

And you pulled out a bottle of

Prozac and said

Sex drugs and rock n roll,

Or something less exciting.

Then you cried and I tried

To make a funny face,

You laughed anyway

How could it be pity?

We're both so sad that

We're happy again,

I hope.

The End
