7. Gabriel

Sixty short seconds of sand are contained,

In a minuscule desert of time's domain,

Flipped over, slowly drained,

Sand rains.

A tiny trickle of golden grains,

Relentless, indifferent, the minute wanes,

Bottom filled, top empty, time's up, nothing remains.

The End
