Why I Walked Away

I confronted you, but you didn't know what to say
So maybe that was why I walked away
I couldn't stand to face you with her right there
We were supposed to be each other's, and I didn't want to share
You tried to lie, saying how she came on to you
But that's an old line, among the farthest from new
So as you pulled your shirt on to chase after me as I went out the door
I began to question what you even bothered for.

The End
