When Everything Changes

Our childhood days are gone.
Our promises fragmented; we are nothing.
Two roads leading to destruction, I know.
I'll take the one that kills me faster,
you'll take the one that makes me cry, I know.
I'll choose my blood over yours,
You'll turn me to dust,
take the knife and mend my heart.
We fool no one with our lies, I know.
But who the hell began to care?

The End
