What to Expect

The way you stare

The way you look across the room

It makes me nervous

To be in your view of direction

I don’t know what to expect

You sit be by me as though it is an accident

You walk the same path as I do

You like the same things as me

I don’t know what to expect

Every time I am in your view

In your presence

In the same room

It makes me anxious

I don’t know what to expect

What to say

How to act

Because I don’t know how many times I have to tell you

That I don’t see you in that way

I don’t know what to expect

The End
