River of Tears.

I'm hanging onto rocks,
You just float around,
You don't even care,
Your just too busy crying,
Your flooding my heart,
You're washing away my happiness,
You're breathless rasps are these winds I hear,
Your tears the raindrops.

You need to stop crying, It's getting us nowhere. You're flooding my heart, my soul, my very essence, it's washing all my color away. We're drowning in your tears, darling, don't you even realize? To save me, to save yourself, you need to stop crying.

I'm hanging on by threads,
Your tears are wiping me away,
Sweeping my sanity and soul,
Away into the ocean...
Their taking me away, darling.
Their taking you away.
Their raking us away.

The End
