We Are Not the Forgotten Generation

Stand with me brothers and sisters,

We are not here to watch idly by and cry,

We are here to stand tall and scream our names to the night sky

We will not be forgotten

We will never let rest

Our generation still has time to be the best yet

Put our guns down

Surrender to Peace

This is our chance to stop the heavens weep

We are not different

We are programmed machines

Made to think and feel human things

Our thoughts enter our heads

And our mind is blown away

But never once did we listen

To what Mother Nature did say

Be cautious in pursuit

But love in thy chase

For when morning calls,

You must awake.

The End
