War Poem
No man’s land is where we’ll go,
To brawl and fight against our foe,
In muddy trenches we fight together,
Hoping this war won’t last forever,
With blood and gore everywhere,
You stop and think that’s its not fair,
Thousands of people die for you,
Some loved ones that you once knew,
As time passes and night blooms,
Gas masks on to stop the fumes,
Another day is over but another is to come,
and your worst nightmare has just begun.
