Volatile

It's about having no luck with life, repeating the same mistakes

Another call, another shot blindly in the dark

Maybe this time she'll be different from the others

She makes my friend's patience run dry

But I know all will turn out for the best this time

A harsh cycle accelerating, and I'm looking back at my reflection

Another chance to squander, another hopeless misdirection

Another friendship turns to dust, I'm feeding the monster of my conscience

I'm braver than most

Because I'll risk it all, even if I lost everything

Because nothing remains to hold me back

Nothing remains for hesitation to hold me

Burying yourself alive for the sake of a few comforts

Words which will have no meaning when bought to bear

She may smile now but tides easily turn friends to enemies

She may be better this time, but stay aware

I’m braver than most

Because I’ll risk it all, even if I lost everything

Because nothing remains to hold me back

Nothing remains for hesitation to hold me

Holding her hand, it seems they were wrong

But love can be as volatile as friendship's strong

If you've lost again, we blame ourselves

Again you fail to look to the cause

I’m braver than most

Because I’ll risk it all, even if I lost everything

Because nothing remains to hold me back

Nothing remains for hesitation to hold me

The End
