My laughter ceases to exist

 As my memories slowly fade

My life had its moments

 Most my plans well laid

Somewhere along the way, I was side tracked

 My destiny crashed

Awaken by the darkness, in pain and whiplashed

Unfamiliar and yet not afraid, so sweet a scent

Welcoming me, as though it was all meant

No longer drowning in my sorrows

 No more empty space

Oh how long I have wished to reach this place

Free from all denial, and no regrets, just me here so free

I dreamed this place existed, I knew it had to be

So now I close my eyes again, and prey it will all last

Goodbye I bid them as my time is past

The End
