Bird of Prey
This is mostly poems that I didn't feel deserved their own pages individually, but i like nevertheless. Most aren't titled, or I make up the title on the spot.
Bird of prey
echoing triumphant shadow
hovering, wandering
gone inside
and lost on the outside
along the surface
bleak and grey
veins spread
like isolated creeks
and popular waterparks
Oh, bird of prey
talons seemingly clasped
on dark shoulders hidden
with wings furiously pumping
into the deep, inhale sound
with the world lost,
all I hear is wooshing
